Fee: $550

Early bird fee through January 5: $525

This is intensive, seminar-style training for Coach Approach for Organizer™ graduates who are determined to step more deeply into ownership of their coaching skills.   Cam and Denslow will team-teach some of the classes and may also teach some of the classes alone.  The advanced training class will be limited to 6 students.

Coaching Skills Ownership

  • Use It or Lose It! You cannot hold on to coaching skills that you have set on the shelf.  You will be challenged and supported to develop the coaching skills you learned in the first course.  Students are required to coach either clients or peers every week.

Advanced Coaching Skills Training

  • Learn situation-based coaching techniques

Accountability and Integration

  • You will clarify and commit to where you are going to use your coaching skills in your business and be accountable to specific steps toward implementation.

Coaching Business Development

  • Create stand alone coaching services and/or integrate them into your organizing
  • Coaching forms
  • Marketing strategies
  • Q & A session -– ask us anything!
  • Client supervision and support

Coaching Demonstrations Each Week

  • Coaching will be modeled by one of the trainers coaching one of the students toward great coaching clarity and success
  • Each student will coach another in class with acknowledgement, observation and suggestions from the trainers

Advanced Topics in Coaching

  • Classes will include a discussion of a section of:  Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change by Sara L. Orem, Jacqueline Binkert, and Ann L. Clancy, 2007 -– required reading for the course.

This is the second time we have offered this course.  It has been expanded and polished a bit for this second round.  A different text has been chosen in order to provide new content to returning students.  All of the students in the first course were enthusiastic about what they received and how they grew as coaches and in their commitment to coaching as a result of this training.  All had paying, stand-alone coaching clients by the end of the course.
