About Class Waivers

Organizers who are interested in the Organizer Coach Certification are not required to obtain all their training through the Coach Approach for Organizers™ program.  Evaluation of an organizer coach for certification is based on the strength of a combination of coaching and ADD coaching skills, an understanding of brain-based client challenges – and an integration of those skills in working with clients with organizing issues.  Some of that content is unique to the Coach Approach for Organizers™ training. 

To open the certification process to experienced organizers who have applicable, substantial and substantiated training and skills, waivers will be available for several of the classes. 

Four separate waivers are being planned.  People who are in one of the four situations described below are qualified to request waiver applications:

• Graduates of the nine-week, intensive Coach Approach for Organizers™  Telecourse Training
• Organizers with coach training
• Organizers with ADD coach training
• Organizers with education and experience in the areas of ADD and other brain-based organizing challenges
